Yusuf Önçırak is a lawyer on human rights, currently working on the law of the European Convention on Human Rights in Türkiye. He holds an LLM in International Public Law from Coventry University, an MA in Administrative Sciences from Inönü University, and an LLB from Ankara University. He is also interested in international humanitarian law.
