Suhag Shukla, Esq. is the executive director and the Hindu America Foundation (HAF) co-founder. She holds a BA in Religion and JD from the University of Florida. Suhag has helped steer the foundation to become a leading voice for education and civil and human rights. She’s been featured in leading publications such as The Wall Street Journal, The Washington Post, The New York Times, The Print, The Indian Express. Suhag has served the Department of Homeland Security, Council on Foreign Relations, Humane Society, National Museum of American Religion, and First Amendment Center’s Committee on Religious Liberty in various capacities. The Center for American Progress named Shukla as one of twelve “faith leaders to watch in 2017.”
