Samuel Zbogar is a Slovenian diplomat and the EU Special Representative in Kosovo. He was the Foreign Minister of Slovenia from 2008-12 under President Danilo Turk. Prior to that, Zbogar was the Ambassador to the United States. He started his mandate as the Head of the European Union Office in Kosovo in 2012.
