Sadia is a writer, documentary filmmaker, cameraperson, editor and researcher as well as the co-founder of Naley By Nature. She and Naley travel the world, documenting their experiences and the stories coming out of marginalized and indigenous communities. Naley By Nature particularly explores how climate change is impacting the ways in which native populations are able to keep their heritage and practices alive. Since embarking on this journey, they have conducted in-depth interviews across Palestine, Israel, India and Kashmir. Having studied avant garde cinema and film theory in college, Sadia is especially interested in the narrative frameworks of the stories they have been entrusted to tell and enjoys experimenting with different mediums to bring these stories to life.
