Pascal Brice is a former French diplomat and president of the charitable organization Fédération des acteurs de la solidarité. Born in 1966 in Nantes, Pascal worked for the French foreign service in Latin America, Africa and Spain and also served as a specialist in European and multilateral negotiations. He directed the French Office for the Protection of Refugees and Stateless Persons (OFPRA) from 2012 to 2018, Today, he is a municipal councilor in Malakoff. Pascal is the author of the book Sur le fil de l’Asile (Fayard, February 2019), in which he recounts his experience at OFPRA.
