Nada Higuera is a constitutional lawyer who has over ten years of experience in religious freedom litigation. Nada has served as lead counsel on several high-profile and complex constitutional cases encompassing a wide array of First Amendment issues. She has helped successfully vindicate a client’s religious liberties in the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Nada is passionate about using her legal expertise to promote human rights and religious liberty. Nada and her husband, Grant, have two young children. She is a proud first-generation Palestinian-American and is the youngest of 8 sisters.
