Laila Barhoum is a Business Development Specialist for a local nongovernmental organization in Gaza. She holds a Bachelor's in Educational Technology from Al-Aqsa University in Gaza City, and a Master's in Poverty and Development from Sussex University in Britain. Barhoum has previously worked as a teacher at a UNRWA school. Her work is related to issues of conflict, agriculture, poverty reduction and business development in Palestine.
