Kunal Apastamb has a master’s in Behavioral Economics from the University of Warwick. He is interested in state capacity, public policy and governance frameworks. He is a chief minister’s fellow with the Government of Gujarat, India. Kunal has previously worked as a research fellow on a project for the Ministry of Home Affairs and in the Centre for Behavioral Science at the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. He has contributed academic research in behavioral and neuro-finance for ‘Market Pulse’ and has been published by the National Stock Exchange, India.
