Julio S. Amador III is a Foreign Affairs Research Specialist in the Center for International Relations and Strategic Studies (CIRSS) of the Foreign Service Institute. He provides policy analysis and strategic advice on ASEAN issues, Southeast Asia security and international relations, and foreign policy to several offices in the Department of Foreign Affairs. Paulina Izewicz is an analyst at the Institute for Science and International Security in Washington DC. She holds an MA in International Relations from the Maxwell School, Syracuse University, and a BA/MA in Law from the University of Wroclaw, Poland.
