Jon Baldvin Hannibalsson is an Icelandic politician and diplomat. He served as Iceland's Foreign Minister from 1988-95 and briefly as the Minister of Finance between 1987-88. Hannibalsson was Iceland’s Chief Negotiator as the country participated in forming the European Economic Area.
