Joakim Kreutz holds a PhD in Peace and Conflict Research. His research focuses primarily on civil war resolution and the risk of recurrence, drawing on both global and case specific data. He is currently involved in a project as part of the East Asian Peace Program which focuses on the effects of political reform in Myanmar, particularly relating to the risks and forms of political violence.
