Christopher B. Daly is a Professor of journalism at Boston University. He teaches the history of journalism, and he wrote a prize-winning narrative history of US journalism titled “Covering America: A Narrative History of a Nation’s Journalism” (UMass Press, 2012). He is also a co-author of “Like a Family” (UNC Press, 1987).
