Chloe Ladd is based in Washington, DC. She currently works as the Senior Manager of Transatlantic Relations for the Bertelsmann Foundation, where her research primarily focuses on France. Chloe is also a Rising Expert on Europe for Young Professionals in Foreign Policy, which is a partner of Fair Observer. She has prior experience with the Naval History and Heritage Command, the United Nations and the Hudson Institute. Chloe holds a master’s degree from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service in German and European Studies. Originally from France, she speaks French fluently.
