Chloe Ladd is based in Washington, DC. She currently works as the Manager of Transatlantic Relations for the Bertelsmann Foundation, where her research primarily focuses on France. Chloe is also a Rising Expert on Europe for Young Professionals in Foreign Policy, which is a partner of Fair Observer. She has prior experience with the Naval History and Heritage Command, the United Nations and the Hudson Institute. Chloe holds a master’s degree from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service in German and European Studies. Originally from France, she speaks French fluently.
