Politics keeps us from remembering all the things we actually have in common.

The US presidential election has been a long, ruthless battle for the hearts and minds of America, and it has come to a spectacular end no one expected. With half the nation jubilant, Stephen Colbert nails it when he says: “We all now feel how Rudi Giuliani looks.”

America is now more divided as a nation than ever, with an existential fear of the other on each side of the political spectrum.

As we wind down this tumultuous and divisive election cycle, Colbert reminds that no matter where you stand on Hillary Clinton’s use of a private server, we can all agree that work emails suck.
